Why Every Product Gets Its Own Colour
Tanaya is pink and purple. RiteFood is green and orange. MenGO is blue and indigo. OneHealth Digital is red.
That is not an accident. Every product we build at SystemOnSilicon gets its own colours, and this post explains the thinking behind them.
Health apps tend to blur together
Open the health section of any app store and the screenshots start to look alike: a white screen, a soft gradient, a rounded button. When products look the same, people struggle to remember which one did what.
We would rather you remember Tanaya as the pink and purple one that understands your cycle, and RiteFood as the green and orange one that plans your meals.
Two colours, one job
Each of our consumer apps does one thing for one kind of person, so each one gets its own pair of colours.
- Pink and purple for Tanaya. Warm and caring, with a calm depth. A women's wellness companion with cycle tracking and shareable AI-generated wellness reports.
- Green and orange for RiteFood. Fresh and appetising, like produce and spice side by side. Personalised nutrition built around your health information, your lifestyle and the cuisines you already know.
- Blue and indigo for MenGO. Steady and discreet, which suits a private subject. A science-based companion for men's personal health, with access to qualified specialists.
- Red for OneHealth Digital. A platform for hospitals and clinics that keeps records, appointments, reminders and follow-ups in one place.
Colour helps people find things
A colour is quick to recognise on a crowded phone screen, in a social feed, or on a poster in a clinic waiting room. It works before a single word is read. When someone sees pink and purple, they should already have a good guess which app it is.
The colours differ. The idea does not.
Across all four products, the thinking is the same: health information is only useful when it is clear, usable and leads to a practical next step. That is why Tanaya and RiteFood support eight languages, why OneHealth Digital is designed around the questions an administrator asks first thing in the morning, and why MenGO starts with privacy.
Four apps, four palettes, one idea: health, made clear.
